Pros

Good culture. Coworkers are always happy to help each other. Job security. Benefits are inexpensive.

Cons

I worked in the Medical and Science division for just under two years. During COVID, the team was thriving due to a high volume of roles, but by the time I left, there were less and less viable, lucrative opportunities. High performers have been leaving in droves. New hires were not due to expansion, but instead to fill in gaps. Management tells everyone how much the high performers make in commission, but this does NOT represent the majority. Salaries aren't great and raises are few and far between.

Pros

They are flexible on schedule

Cons

Do not work here. Terrible training, other recruiter wouldn’t share anything and I had no clue what I was doing 90% of the time. Since I had experience it seemed as if they felt like they didn’t have to show me anything and that I would just suddenly know how their company worked. Had no idea who to ask what questions since we didn’t have a branch manager. Didn’t get access to my HR dashboard till a month into the job. IT is impossible to get ahold of, you’re just in loops with a chat bot. “Office space” is in a strip mall, and most likely has mold. There was an in office temp that helped as a receptionist and they treated her terribly, even arguing/yelling at her in front of me and others.
