Pros

working from home, great managers on the assignments (nothing to do with Adecco)

Cons

Poor communication from the aftercare team dealing with assignments that are subcontracted to a particular company. Local branches of Adecco are great, but they can't help. This lack of timely communication almost cost me a place on one job. Long gaps with no work after assignments end - longest 10 weeks. When they want something from you, you'll get lots of communication - but when you need something from them, it's a different story.

Easy interview process, fair pay, good remote work

Cons

contract was short term, which was okay for me but might not be what everyone wants

Flexible work options and good collaboration amongst team members

Cons

The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
