      Pros

      Positive working environment. Supportive peers and managers. Clear comms scheme and clear goals. KPIs are doable and targets are achievable.

      Cons

      Some people can be toxic. Avoid that lady called Shyamala. Very toxic. Drama and gossip queen. Good that some toxic people already left.
