Pay is more than what I had anticipated for a new grad good experience with peds and behavioral health

Cons

Hours are terrible. They tell you you are hired for a specific number of hours a week, but you end up working many more hours than that. Very catty staff in other departments. No opportunity for advancement or pay raises

The kids are amazing, the job itself is rewarding, and there is a lot of opportunity for learning how to work in the field. I found that the relationships I made there were everything.

Cons

I was not a huge fan of the protective holds being used as often as they were.
