Pros

The company is recently expanding and adding more locations, They are hiring a lot of people. The clientele are very challenging to work with but can help you learn and grow in the field. They offer a lot of training paid when you get hired before you start working. Some opportunity for growth. A lot of hours available.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work load. Challenging clientele can cause serious injuries. Low pay for the degree expectations. Very little to no pay increase. Terrible schedules offered to direct care staff to have a personal life outside of work.

The kids are amazing, the job itself is rewarding, and there is a lot of opportunity for learning how to work in the field. I found that the relationships I made there were everything.

Cons

I was not a huge fan of the protective holds being used as often as they were.
