Management and supervisors. It is incredibly disheartening and depressing to see how extended times in the field have burnt people out, and that is putting it nicely. There is change being attempted, but there is need for a massive overhaul. The hardest part of the job is never the clients, it is always supervisors and what they allow. There is favoritism, covering up of wrongdoings, gossip, racism, intimidation, retaliation, all of it. The clients deserve better.
