Pros
I love that they actively look for opportunities to promote from within when available for qualified candidates. They are also a big believer in promoting with the ability to train skillsets without necessarily needing a degree to show experience. Autonomy is also a huge factor for me and I get that in boat loads here along with the flexibility to move my schedule around based on appointments as long as I get my work done.
Cons
The technology provided to the staff is a little outdated. Working with a laptop that is almost 5 years old now makes it extremely difficult to keep up with all the multitasking efforts required. Sad that there are not any sort of stipend for work from home improvements. If we want to make our home office a better place to focus and get work done, it is all out of the employee's pocket. Stinks whenever I don't have an office to go into and just have to make due at home.
