Pros

2 great things. 1- Callie is awesome! She is the massage therapist. The company pays for half the treatment once a week. One of the best benefits. 2- great benefits to chose from.

Cons

Where do I begin. No clear communication. Managers have entitlement issues and all depend something different. You have no idea what you are walking into everyday bcus it will surly change from the day before. Never worked for a company that was so process driven that they failed to see the bigger picture and never became result driven. Please read everything written in the neg reviews about the CEO. They put it gently. Has no idea what is going on internally in the company, loves to fire ppl for no reason. You don't know if you'll have a job the next day. HUGE turnover. The ppl that do stay endure verbal abuse from him. He loves to belittle, embarrass and humiliate ppl ESP in front of others. Not only would I recommend not working there, I'd say run!

Adicio Response

Working at Adicio has its rewards, like the availability of a duo of amazing massage therapists and great medical benefits, but it is also a challenging environment and requires everyone to behave like professionals. I am sorry your experience left you feeling the company may go out of business and wish you the best of luck in your future career.

Pros

In the jobs I have had so far in my life, this one I can say is one that I not only love coming to each day, but I also have learned more from than any other, by far. Loads of very Smart people here in business, and in technology development. Upper management is seasoned, experienced in the extreme, know this business, the Internet to the extreme and are real technology veterans in the SaaS space and in the creation of job site, and the recruitment and advertising business overall. The staff are as nice as they are smart. Company is moving to new offices down right off the beach in Carlsbad. Everyone I talk to is thrilled about the move. The client growth outside of Newspapers is great. The Professional Associations, Industry and Trade Journal Niche type clients also seem to be much more focused on real business, growing their businesses, and traffic than newspapers. I'm glad to see so many coming in over the past year or 2.

Cons

My Cons are not for the company, but for the unethical ex-staff and ex-managers that I have found and even heard slandering people here at the company and the company itself, because they failed in their jobs, and from all I saw, took no responsibility anything. Instead I know for a fact that some have posted here - and were let go by the company 5 or more years ago, and keep posting here. I know one is also working for a competitor in management. It's really sad that they can't move on and get their lives going.

Pros

I have been working for Adicio for over 13 years and I have never had more opportunity to grow as a person and as a professional anywhere in my 30+ year career. I did decide to leave Adicio a few years ago. I had been working there for 10 years and thought it was time for a change, time to grow and expand my own skills past what I thought I could get from my job at Adicio. It really didn't take long for me to realize that the opportunity I had at Adicio was still better than anywhere in the market because at Adicio my talent was recognized and appreciated. I am one of those people that loves to work and loves a challenge and Adicio thrives on people who want to make a difference and want to grow and adapt. Adicio has undergone some changes and transformations in the years that I have been here, and I know for certain it will continue to grow and adapt. If you love change, challenge and an opportunity to make a difference, this is the place for you to plant some roots and grow into a sequoia.

Cons

You have to love change and challenge at Adicio. You must take initiative and be a self starter, everyone here has high standards and expects a lot from their team.
