Bom clima entre os colaboradores (sem contar os gestores).

Cons

É uma empres boa com clima agradável, mas cheia de politicagem. Principalmente com os gestores mais velhos de empresa. Esse assediam moralmente seus colaboradores e nada é feito. Ambos os donos e o RH já foram comunicados várias vezes e nada foi feito. Esse tipo de comportamento vem há anos e normalmente as pessoas boas saem (pedem pra sair) ou são demitidas porque se destacam mais que esses gestores incompententes e paternalistas.
