Pros

Infrastructure to certain extent. Nothing else. There is nothing to write as pros. I haven't felt like I belong there even for one single day. Have been part of amazing companies earlier. SAD

Cons

Worked for few Months. Lack of respect for employees. Lack of understanding by management as to what they want. Big name, big hopes, no deliverables. Even after leaving the organisation, struggling to clear my F&F. Not a good culture for sure. Greatly disappointed.

Pros

The organization had a healthy work culture, and my manager was approachable, open to questions, and easy to collaborate with.

Cons

There weren’t any notable cons. The usual small challenges that come with any work environment were present, but nothing out of the ordinary.
