Pros

No pros. only a good view from the head office of east zone, sector - 5, calcutta.

Cons

1. poor management 2. poor hr team - rude, ineffective, improper behaviour, adamant, arrogant. the hr team is absolutely poor apart from one guy - deepak. the rest of the people have even no idea and are adamant and arrogant. 3. a small office of such a big brand. 4. poor salary structure for new grads.

Pros

The organization had a healthy work culture, and my manager was approachable, open to questions, and easy to collaborate with.

Cons

There weren’t any notable cons. The usual small challenges that come with any work environment were present, but nothing out of the ordinary.
