      Pros

      Great employee benefits. Huge company. Lot of exposure to the market and other teams. Very encouraging about collaborative work. The CEO is very accessible despite being such a big company. Very safe environment.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than market. My manager took credit for all my work and gave me average rating to avoid promotion. Higher management don't take complaints seriously and tend to stick to the politics that will give them promotion. They talk about great culture but don't really implement it.

      Pros

      The organization had a healthy work culture, and my manager was approachable, open to questions, and easy to collaborate with.

      Cons

      There weren’t any notable cons. The usual small challenges that come with any work environment were present, but nothing out of the ordinary.
