Pros

I was in a financial bend with the City of Chicago with tickets and received a boot on my car, ARO step in and help me out before my car was towed away. They demonstrated loving care for me in my time of need and it was very much appreciated. I was not surprised by show of gratitude.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
