Great Company with Genuine People - Anonymous employee Administrative Resource Options Employee Review

Although I've only been with ARO for 4 years, I have worked for some of their competitors in the past and can see a clear difference in how employees are treated. ARO considers their employees assets and truly values them; some other companies view their employees as liabilities, or worse just a number on a spreadsheet. ARO deals with the same challenges other companies deal with, but ARO seems to always take their employees into consideration when making business decisions. Performance expectations are high, but the reward of being treated with respect goes a long way and when you receive recognition or are promoted, you know you've earned it.
