Pros

If you are looking for a place to work where the action never stops, where the people care about each other, and where you have a chance to learn every day then this is the place to be. There are opportunities for advancement and new accounts are being added monthly. Very few companies I've worked for actually walk the talk when it comes to giving back to the community. Administrative Resource Options puts their money where their heart is . Every employee receives one week for paid time off each year to work with the charity of their choice.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
