Pros

ARO is a great company that will do what it takes to make sure the client is satisfied. Not only do they care about the client, they also care about the employee. I came from a large corporation after 18 years and WOW what an awakening. Shortly after opening the account the owners made a site visit and we had a chance to get to know one another. It was nice to be treated as a person and not a number in the system. I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone I have dealt with, from my manager all the way to the owners.

Cons

Luckily, I don't have any complaints. I couldn't ask for a better employer.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
