Pros

Not many , you will sit in a cubicle for most of your shifts.

Cons

Terrible management and training. The trainer that I had, was high most training days and then when I was on my own I was scalded for things I wasn't trained on. Playing on a nintendo switch during most of the days I was supposed to be learning. Management is not in Oregon so they dont understand that people use public transit, and the fact that most people who work at nike and intel use public transit religously.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
