Pros

My time working with ARO was great. It is personally the best job I’ve had. The best part was how kind, considerate and attentive my supervisor Bill was. I worked in Toronto and he was in the States, but the distance did not affect his involvement and support. Every request was taken seriously. I'm grateful to have worked alongside a supervisor like him and an organization like ARO that cares about their employees just as much as their clients.

Cons

Our client's headquarters moved to Queens Quay from Don Mills. The process was a little overwhelming but only temporary.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
