Pros

A great employer with excellent pay who is flexible, supportive and easy to work with. Had no problem advancing within the company after displaying adequate skills and experience. Everyone has been supportive and nice and spent a lot more time asking how they can help me accomplish projects and goals than previous employers. They have always been open and concise in communication. In my opinion they care about the success of their employees and clients. I would highly recommend working here.

Cons

No personal cons, some reviews have stated that they don't like their specific role. ARO provides a lot of different supportive service to different companies as a third party contractor, so applying to the company as an entry level means you need to ask questions to make sure it is the right role for you and your skills. I don't mean to detract from anyone else experiences because you may work with different individuals an in a different environment depending on your region. But I haven't experienced any tasks that are interactions that are overtly negative.

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
