Pros

A few. No issues with paychecks. Seems to cater to their 'sales team'. A few of the positions pay well, most don't.

Cons

Very pithy management. Do not communicate, period. Releases employees without cause. Tolerates poor low level managers. While trying to expand, they forget the day to day employees who took them this far.

Pros

Growing Home Health and Hospice company. Has a great team of people working together to provide care for patients that need SN, PT, OT, SLP, & SW. Love that the organization includes the team oriented culture and ability to a part of processes. Organization has had several growth positions and I've seen several internal employees get promoted. I like how the company promotes from within. This is a great company to build a career with. I absolutely love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Recently with the Home Health agencies growth there have been several changes but they have been positive transitions and process improvements that were necessary.
