Pros

It is a fairly new hospice. The managers are respectful of team members, patients and family come first, they are quality of care driven, no back biting attitudes.

Cons

This hospice is a new agency and not well known which can be challenging because people don't know about us.

Pros

Growing Home Health and Hospice company. Has a great team of people working together to provide care for patients that need SN, PT, OT, SLP, & SW. Love that the organization includes the team oriented culture and ability to a part of processes. Organization has had several growth positions and I've seen several internal employees get promoted. I like how the company promotes from within. This is a great company to build a career with. I absolutely love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Recently with the Home Health agencies growth there have been several changes but they have been positive transitions and process improvements that were necessary.
