Pros

Pay and vacation time is nice. Having some what freedom while working . Helping families care for their loved ones.

Cons

Driving your own car. They have different rules for every employee. They will take advantage of you if you let them. I feel we should get paid more for mileage. As well as keep up close to home !! They will send 4 aides to one building . Insurance sucks !

Pros

Growing Home Health and Hospice company. Has a great team of people working together to provide care for patients that need SN, PT, OT, SLP, & SW. Love that the organization includes the team oriented culture and ability to a part of processes. Organization has had several growth positions and I've seen several internal employees get promoted. I like how the company promotes from within. This is a great company to build a career with. I absolutely love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Recently with the Home Health agencies growth there have been several changes but they have been positive transitions and process improvements that were necessary.
