Good pay, great co-workers/team, supports work life balance, provides work car, minimal on call/holiday requirement. Quarterly Bonuses are great.

Cons

Micromanaging leaders (if you ket them), expensive insurance, PTO is bare minimum. All white leadership team. Field workers have to pay for cars used.

Growing Home Health and Hospice company. Has a great team of people working together to provide care for patients that need SN, PT, OT, SLP, & SW. Love that the organization includes the team oriented culture and ability to a part of processes. Organization has had several growth positions and I've seen several internal employees get promoted. I like how the company promotes from within. This is a great company to build a career with. I absolutely love my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Recently with the Home Health agencies growth there have been several changes but they have been positive transitions and process improvements that were necessary.
