      Pros

      Started of a bit bumpy, but when feedback is given company knows how to make right changes Good internal career opportunities, a place where you can be hands on. An exciting industry which is booming and where AdsWizz is leading. Fun crowd to work with.

      Cons

      Company is scaling fast but the growth is not always well managed which can create a challenging environment if you are used to more corporate companies.

      Pros

      Everyone is very smart and always willing to help and teach you

      Cons

      The products are so complex that even with 1 year, it's still pretty hard to say that you're 100% knowledgable about everything. But I don't think this is a bad thing.

      Pros

      Folks are friendly but the remote product, legal and finance team are impossible to reach.

      Cons

      Not the most organized organization and you do not really feel the support of the mothership (SXM).
