- Managers micromanaging to the point where you're re-doing work unnecessarily - Communication is terrible, awful management, affecting people’s confidence. - Seems that questions are not allowed to managers - Managers are not opened to receive feedback to improve the team’s work environment - Extremely toxic and political environment - Incredible disorganised - Employees talk to each other in a very rude way. - The onboarding process is very poor, no one cares for new entrants - Most of the features never work - Heavy workload and most people work after office hours, including weekends - People continuously leave, team members leave due to the environment and don’t stay for longer than a year - Zero collaboration between teams
