Pros
There is an opportunity for overtime, the pay is good(depending on the group you go into) operations start and end 23-33/hr, service group less starting and ending, 401k match 4% of 8%
Cons
The cost of insurance is high and it’s not even that good. Large company making profits should treat employees to better insurance. No pension(except for people who already had one) which makes for some disgruntledness, company makes good money but not profit sharing yet the higher ups get great stock bonuses among other bonuses.
