Pros
Friendly environment which provided room for growth and provided the training to do so.
Cons
The plant inevitably closed due to being sold to an overseas operation. Would have liked to keep jobs in America, but apparently AdvanSix took a business approach and took away from the hard working employees they had. Definitely changed my outlook on the word loyalty.
