Poor Leadership and poor COVID response - Anonymous employee AdvanSix Employee Review

Poor leadership and middle management. Bad communication and direction. From my viewpoint, people at the company are getting COVID and the office does not close. It is quite scary. They send a casual email saying someone has COVID and the next sentence is that the office remains open. Remaining open is looked at as a badge of honor, in my opinion. I would steer clear of this organization.
