Pros
Good pay if you only stay a few years, pay doesn't stay competitive for those loyal for longer than that or if you change positions. Good to engineers and craftsmen.
Cons
CEO and executive management does not respect functional skills (HR, IT, HSE, Finance, etc.). They are quick to eliminate positions in these functions or fill them with non qualified employees. The executive group micro-manages and does not trust anyone to do their job. They do not respect the specialized skill sets and experience in those roles.
