      Alot of the workers are friendly and seems to care about each other.

      Cons

      Management has big ideas but not will to spend to update or modernize. Almost zero advancement opportunities. Horrible benefits.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
