      Pros

      Decent benefits, good work environment as far as cleanliness.. Employees want to do well and do their job.

      Cons

      Hectic. Pulled in a lot of different directions. Not a lot of support from upper management. Some department have their "clicks" and if you are not a part of them, you are out.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
