Worst work life balance. Most equipment are broken or will break anytime. That causes perpetual process and safety issues. You will be called in anytime on any day to deal with messes that are largely preventable but however happen because of management's unwillingness to improve it. Total waste. Those who are not in the 'suck-up" circle are treated like expendables because managers do not give a st about your efforts. No appreciations. This applies to operators, engineers and even supervisors.
