      Great place to pick up new skills and move on.

      Cons

      Culture. Either buy into it or look for a new job. That's what the HR department and CEO will tell you. No raises for next 2 years after record profits.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
