      Cons

      Save yourself. This is the worst company I’ve been with. The culture is toxic and managers breathe down your neck. Keep looking elsewhere.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
