      The pros to this job are the benefits, co-workers, hours and advancement

      Cons

      The cons are everything else. The division managers are mostly horrible. There is one or two that are really good at what they do but the others are absolutely useless. If you do something wrong, you'll never hear the end of it. Even the smallest mistake.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
