Pros
Customers are friendly and remember your face. Holidays are paid once you've been there over 6 months. Schedule is pretty flexible. That's about the only pros I can see.
Cons
The management here is an absolute joke. They treat you as if you are incompetent and this is not a hard company to work for. You write a personal check out, you give the customer money. It's very simple. The managers expect too much out of entry level positions. I have been there almost 2 years and have had many friends ask if we are hiring. Every time I say yes, but you do not want to work here! Nobody gets paid the same, and the pay is an absolute joke. The atmosphere is immature and hard to work in. And the district manager acts like he enjoys you and wants to better you by promotions but talks bad about you on the manager conference calls!
