Pros
Decent pay to start out, decent insurance, vacation time builds fast, closed most holidays and every sunday, education not necessarily required, work is easy to learn..............
Cons
Too many dinosaurs in upper management, hard to get a promotion, will hire outside people that have zero experience and promote others who haven't been there as long, as "managers" , but will try to display petty reasoning for not promoting ones who have been loyal. Having to deal with incompetent upper management makes up for the fact education isn't required to work there. If you have education, and want to be in a place where you're treated with respect consistently, then this is not the place for you long-term! Also, the long-term outlook for this industry isn't promising, given regulations that may pass.
