      Schedule Flexibility, Benefits, and some co-workers

      Cons

      Worst Training ever. Was cussed at and was a glorified Cashier during training. Totally unprepared when I came to my center and was told to look at policy when there was a line at the door. Would never recommend this job to anyone.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
