      Not terrible, easy work. The new DDO is Dallas is willing to work with you as long as you are willing to be flexible to help her.

      Cons

      Huge pay gaps between ranks. CSRs and Asst Mgr within $1-2 of each other, while their next level (Manager) makes double or more?

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
