      You work banker's hours and no Sundays. Good work environment with good leadership.

      The downside is the pay because you do not get paid enough for the duties you have to do.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
