      Decent pay, close knit office family, helping people

      Cons

      No overtime available. Go a minute over 40 hours a week and you're expected to take a longer lunch, leave early, or come in late to kill the overtime.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
