      Pros

      Stable company looking to further the industry and improve the image through education, customer stories, marketing, actively involved with lawmakers. Pay and professional appearance are better than most in the industry.

      Cons

      Owned by a Mexican based company so profits leave "America," teaches situational leadership but not followed above a certain level. Inconsistent in accountability.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
