      Is a good place to learn and gain experience with customer service, goals and working as a team and individually.

      Cons

      Depending management schedule may not be as flexible for students or people that have a second job. Favoritism can be seen with other employees. Some expectations can be unrealistic with the number of employees in a center. (Short staff)

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
