      Management works well with employees requests; vacation days, sick days, and floating days. Set hours, sundays off and one day during the week. Quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Rates aren't competitive for everything associates do. Associates go through one or more month of computer training in store that is far from home store.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
