Worst company ever - Anonymous employee Advance America Employee Review

Management is arrogant, demanding and out of touch with reality. They show absolutely no respect as is touted so often in their training videos. Their favorite form of “motivation” is to demean and humiliate. No one ever told them you can catch more flies with honey. And they wonder why turnover is high! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! My six months there was pure misery! If you work there now, watch your back.
