      Working with people from all walks of life. You really get to know your clients.

      Cons

      Deliquent account collections. Some people won't be back to repay their loans.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed getting to know your customers. It is true that some will never pay back their loans, which is why we focus our collection calls on helping the customer, even if that means we have to write their debt off.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
