      Pros

      I work at the corporate office. I feel like senior management and execs truly care about the employees here. They know us by name and don't treat us like a number.

      Cons

      It would be nice to be paid more, but I believe I am at the standard for my job.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
