      Pros

      A lot of great professionals to work with and learn from. Great office location in downtown Spartanburg.

      Cons

      Benefits; going to the exchange was a horrible HR decision. The majority of the employees at Advance America cannot afford the premiums. Also no 401K is another disadvantage.

      Pros

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
