      Easy enclosed parking and easy access to buildings.

      Cons

      Some very snobbish employees. Good work is not always recognized. Feedback is only done at review time, never during the year. Some supervisors are very arrogant as are some employees.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      Cons

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
