      Super easy job. Flexible work hours. Closed Sundays. No sales quotas. No uniforms required.

      Cons

      Only 1 to 3 employees per store. No coverage. Horrible benefits. No match on 401k. Too much needless paperwork. Hire more staff.

      Great training and leadership courses online. Easy job. Easy to promote if you put in the effort and not just go for a paycheck. Bonuses are a plus

      You mostly work by your self. Some zoom meeting which makes it boring.
